What I Do
Soul Nourished began with a simple question: What does it mean to be truly well‑fed?

After nearly two decades in professional kitchens, I learned that you could spend your life feeding others and still feel disconnected from real nourishment. That realization changed everything.
Now my work lives at the intersection of food, healing, and community guiding others to reconnect with their bodies, their stories, and the deeper ritual of eating well and living well‑fed.
